Exchange
Items purchased directly through the jenna kator collection may only be exchanged to the jenna kator collection and only an exchange will be issued. To file a non-damaged exchange claim email us at customerservice@jennakatorhandbags.com within 30 days of the dated sales receipt with “Exchange” in the subject field.

Items must have all tags attached and not have been used. It is up to you, the customer, to pay for all shipping charges. For your security please return your merchandise with an insured courier and retain your receipt as the jenna kator collection is not responsible for items damaged or lost while shipping.


Warranty
Please note the life expectancy of any product depends on the individual using the product, the conditions of use and the characteristic wear patterns of the user. The jenna kator collection offers a warranty claim up to 30 days from the customer’s date of purchase for only manufacture defects; material blemishes, dye transfers and/or scratches do not fall under this category.

To file a claim email us at customerservice@jennakatorhandbags.com with “Warranty” in the subject field. The email must contain a photo of the item clearly showing the problem along with a copy of the proof of purchase. We will replace the item for equal or lesser value for claims proved to be defective.

After the warranty period has expired the jenna kator collection will gladly ship replacement hardware at no charge for customers to repair at their convenience. Contact us at customerservice@jennakatorhandbags.com with “Hardware” in the subject field. The email must contain a photo of the item clearly showing what needs to be replaced.


The policy noted above is subject to change at any given time per the discretion of the jenna kator collection. Discounted items are a final sale and the warranty is no longer valid.
