Items purchased directly through the jenna kator collection require a valid copy of the sales receipt and may only be exchanged or returned to the jenna kator collection. Items purchased outside of the jenna kator collection need to be addressed directly with the independent retailer.
The jenna kator collection allows a warranty claim up to 30 days from the customer's date of purchase for only manufacture defects; material blemishes and/or scratches do not fall under this category. The jenna kator collection will first try and fix the defect and if the product can not be fixed, then a replacement or future merchandise credit will be issued.
Non-damaged exchanges and returns must be within 15 days of the dated sales receipt. Non-damaged products must have all tags attached and not have been used. The jenna kator collection will only issue an exchange or merchandise credit. It is up to you, the customer, to pay for all shipping charges and for your security, please return your merchandise with an insured courier and retain your receipt since the jenna kator collection is not responsible for items damaged or lost while shipping.
For all warranty claims and exchanges/returns a return authorization (RA) number will be issued and valid for 15 business days. Once the merchandise is received by the jenna kator collection the customer will be notified and the inspection process will begin. If the merchandise is not received within 15 business days, the RA number will expire and cannot be reissued. Merchandise will not be accepted if a jenna kator collection RA number is not clearly written on the outside of the box as well as on the copy of the sales receipt. Merchandise that does not meet these guidelines will be refused and sent back at the customer's expense.
For discounted items all sales are final sale and the warranty is no longer valid.
The policy noted above is subject to change at any given time per the discretion of the jenna kator collection.
